This is a bit of a twist on the peanut butter recipe I did a little while ago. for chocolate addicts this time. :)
You will need:
200g margarine
200g caster sugar
4 medium eggs
150g self rasing flour
50g coca powder
Chocolate spread
1 - Heat oven to 190/gas mark 5. Have cupcake cases ready.
2 - Cream margarine and sugar untill fluffy.
3 - Beat in eggs one at a time, adding a little of flour and coca powder with each.
4 - Put a teaspoon of mixture in each case.
5 - Put a teaspoon of chocolate spread on top (mine is white and milk chocolate so easier to see. :) )
6 - Spoon more of the mixture on top covering the chocolate spread.
7 - Cook in oven for about 15 mins, or untill a knife can be put through the center and come out clean (I use a kebab skewer)
8 Once cooled, ice with buttercream or whatever you choose and enjoy. :)
